Shift7 Interactive is a very unique company as its owner’s expertise range from research and clinical, to digital media and business. The goal was to weave these skill sets together to create a company with all three skills necessary to produce serious and relevant healthcare simulations which allow for measurable results in the educating and testing of staff on critical tasks.
Who We Are
President & CEO
Shift7 is our President and CEO’s fourth startup company. His skill sets include Marketing, Sales and Finance. His industry expertise is healthcare and insurance.
Chief Clinical and Strategy Officer
Our Chief Clinical and Strategy Officer is a nurse practitioner who has close to two decades as a clinical provider in skilled nursing home settings. She is also an associate adjunct professor on faculty at a major university where she conducts research and teaches in its school of nursing. Her research focuses on patient safety and quality improvement practices in long-term care, pressure ulcer prevention and management, pain management and chronic disease management in frail older adults.
Studio Head
Shift7’s Studio Head is responsible for all aspects of each simulation from budgeting to time lines and for managing the development team who build our simulations. He has an undergraduate degree in computer game design and a master’s degree in digital media.
